World of Warcraft Upgrades

Rerolling
By visiting an item upgrader, a player can upgrade items like trinkets, weapons, and armor that are above level 9. These NPCs are accessible by searching the map or talking to a seller. You can roll an upgrade again by pressing the green button that has arrows that are circling. The rerolling option only applies to upgrades that are not currently equipped by any unit, however it is not applicable to the original item from which the upgrade was made.
Rerolling the same item can give a player a discount on the upgrade price.
